On Monday, April 16, 2012 at 8:30 AM, Officers were dispatched to Sunset Park for damage done to the pavilion area. The complainant states someone had removed the plastic light covers from the light fixtures and broke the bulbs inside. A picnic table was leaned up against a tree and garbage cans were tipped over.
In recent weeks Officers have received complaints of skateboarders using the shelter for these activities, which is against Sturgeon Bay city ordinance. Officers are asking the public if they observe these activities to contact the Police Department at 920-746-2450.
