On Friday April 6, 2012 at 2:30 PM, Officers were dispatched to Phil Mart on Egg Harbor Road for an intoxicated motorist. Upon arrival Officers were informed by the complainant that a male had entered the store, which appeared intoxicated. Officers were given a vehicle plate number and went to the residence in Sturgeon Bay. At the residence a 33 year old male answered the door. The male repeatedly lied about his whereabouts and involvement in the incident. It was later determined through video tape that the male was indeed lying to Officers. The 33 year old was transported to the Door County Jail where he was incarcerated for Obstructing An Officer.
