On April 11, 2012 at 7:45 PM, Officers were dispatched to Ashland Avenue for a traffic accident. As Officers were en route dispatch informed Officers the driver of the vehicle had driven his vehicle home. Officers made contact with the driver and determined he was under the influence of drugs. Officers conducted field sobriety tests, which the driver failed. Officers arrested the 33 year old Sturgeon Bay man for Operating While Intoxicated (OWI) and Inattentive Driving. Officers transported the 33 year old to the Door County Jail where he was incarcerated.
