Officers Conduct Alcohol Compliance Checks

Officers recently conducted a series of alcohol compliance checks on all of the businesses that sell alcohol in the City of Sturgeon Bay. Of those businesses who sell alcohol, 6 sold to minors and failed to ask for proper identification. The Sturgeon Bay Police Department would like to congratulate the businesses who didn't sell and asked for proper identification. The following 6 businesses were cited for selling alcohol to minors:
  1. Bulk Petroleum Corp
  2. Greystone Castle
  3. Michigan Street BP
  4. Pick'n Save
  5. Stone Harbor
  6. Woldt's Corner Pub
The Sturgeon Bay Police Department hopes that future compliance checks in the City lead to 100% compliance from all businesses that sell alcohol to minors.
