On Sunday, December 9, 2012 at 1:20 AM, Officers were dispatched to a Disorderly complaint at a residence in the 900 block of S. Elgin Avenue. Upon arrival Officers attempted to speak with the 23 year old male suspect, but he became uncooperative and refused to comply with Officers orders. Officers arrested the man for causing a disturbance at his ex girlfriends residence and charged the 23 year old Sturgeon Bay man with 2 counts of Disorderly Conduct and Resisting and Obstructing Officers. The 23 year old was incarcerated at the Door County Jail.
