Pursuant to
section 301.46(e) of the Wisconsin Statutes, the Chief of Police of the City of
Sturgeon Bay and the Sheriff of Door County are providing information to the
general public relating to persons who are convicted sex offenders. These people are registered with the
Wisconsin Department of Corrections Sex Offender Registry Program. The following person is a registered sex
offender who resides in the City of Sturgeon Bay.

Bay Police Department and the Door county Sheriff’s Department each maintain
files concerning registered sex offenders.
These files or portions thereof are available for review by the general
public in a manner specified in section 301.46 of the Wisconsin Statutes.
Sex offenders
have always lived in our community but it was not until Act 440 was enacted
which allows law enforcement to share this information with the community. Citizen abuse of this information to
threaten, intimidate or harass the registered sex offender will not be
tolerated.
