Give yourself extra time when traveling downtown this weekend. There will be road closures starting at 4:00 am Saturday, September 16th, on 3rd Avenue from Quincy to Jefferson Street. Michigan Street and Oregon Street will still be open for traffic. The roads are expected to be closed until late afternoon into early evening to allow for clean up.
