On June 28, 2015 at 2:39 AM, Officers working the west side of Sturgeon Bay were watching a large crowd that had gathered in front of Benny Dz. While watching the crowd Officers observed a 21 year old Two Rivers man who officers knew might have an active warrant for his arrest. Officers also determined that the man wasn't supposed to be drinking alcohol. Officers made contact with the 21 year old Two Rivers man and arrested him for an active warrant and bail jumping due to being in violation of his bond conditions. Officers incarcerated the Two Rivers man at the Door County Jail.
