Officers Respond To Minor Call Related To Black Friday Shoppers!

The Sturgeon Bay Police Department responded to one call related to Black Friday shopping.  The complaint was a parking complaint, which occurred at Target.  The complaint involved a vehicle parked illegally in a handicap parking spot. The owner of the vehicle was cited by Officers. Throughout much of the day Patrol Officers did provide extra patrol through the parking lots of Target and Walmart.  Community Service Officers (CSO's) assisted staff at Target with  providing extra security inside the building during peak hours.  From a Law Enforcement perspective things seemed to run pretty smoothly at all of the retailers in Sturgeon Bay who were open for Black Friday shopping.
