This past Friday around 11 AM, Officers were dispatched to a Suspicious complaint at a residence in the 1500 block of Louisiana Place. Upon arrival Officers spoke with the complainant who stated she had received a phone call from 876-843-4580, the caller had a heavy accent and was male. The caller stated she had won a prize and in order for her to claim the prize she needed to send $400.00 to the following address.

The complainant luckily contacted Police before sending any money. Remember to never give out any sensitive information via the phone or email.
