Officers Investigating Another Mailbox Damaged By Explosion

On January 15, 2012 at 8 AM, Officers were dispatched to the 1400 block of 11th Place for a damaged mailbox. Upon arrival Officers observed a mailbox in pieces, which appeared to have been caused by a device that was placed inside the mailbox and exploded.  The remnants of the device used in the explosion were taken as evidence. Officers believe this incident is linked to the other incidents, which occurred in Door County and in the City of Algoma.
