2012 SBPD OWI Results

The Sturgeon Bay Police Departments Operating While Intoxicated (OWI) results for last year were 102 OWI / Drug Impairment arrests. The average Blood Alcohol Content (BAC) was .188 %. Last year’s 2011 average BAC was .185%.

There were 11 arrests for Drug Impairment

There were 50 arrests for OWI 1st Offense.

There was 1 offense for Absolute Sobriety.

There were 40 arrests for multiple offense OWI’s that are broken down as follows…

• 13 for 2^nd offense.
• 14 for 3^rd offense.
• 7 for 4^th offense.
• 2 for 5^th offense.
• 2 for 6^th offense.
• 1 for 7^th offense.
• 1 for 9^th offense.
