On November 30, 2013 at 2:22 AM, Officers stopped a vehicle on Neenah Avenue for a traffic violation. Upon making contact with the driver Officers found that the man had been drinking alcohol. Officers administered Field Sobriety Tests (FSTS) to the driver, which the Milwaukee man failed. Officers provided a Preliminary Breath Test (PBT), which indicated a .182 amount. Officers arrested the Milwaukee man for Operating While Intoxicated (OWI). The Milwaukee man was incarcerated at the Door County Jail.
