On November 30, 2013 at 9:35 PM, Officers stopped a vehicle on Jefferson Street for a traffic violation. Officers made contact with the 48 year old driver and found that the driver was impaired by drugs. Officers administered Field Sobriety Tests (FSTS) to the driver, which the Altoona man failed. Officers arrested the Altoona Man for Operating While Intoxicated (OWI) and incarcerated him at the Door County Jail.
