On May 16, 2014 at 11:35 PM, Officers stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. Upon making contact with the 20 year old driver Officers detected a strong odor of Marijuana coming from the car. Officers were shown where the Marijuana and drug paraphernalia was inside the vehicle. Officers administered field sobriety tests (FSTS) to the 20 year old Sister Bay man, which the man failed. Officers arrested the Sister Bay man for Operating While Intoxicated (OWI). The 20 year old Sister Bay man was incarcerated at the Door County Jail.
The passenger in the vehicle an 18 year old Milwaukee man was cited for ordinance possession of Marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
