Light Up Your Outdoor Activities
The
mornings are staying dark longer, as the evening light fades earlier. Everyone
should be digging out as many reflectors, lights and flashing gadgets to light as
much as possible on early morning and evening rides, runs and walks.
Whether it’s to
see or be seen, we remind all outdoor exercise
enthusiasts to be safe during this time of the year, and light up from head to
toe!
Some simple
tips include: using small blinkers, reflectors or supplementary lights on your
bike, or body; wear reflective clothing; and abide by the rules of the road.
The Sturgeon
Bay Police Department wants you to be safe as you get out there and enjoy this time of the year.
