A 41 year old Sturgeon Bay man was arrested twice this past weekend for Operating While Intoxicated (OWI) within a 3 day time period. Officers on patrol of the downtown area stopped a vehicle after it was driving erratically. Officers determined the driver of the vehicle a 41 year old male from Sturgeon Bay had consumed alcohol and appeared to be intoxicated. Officers conducted Field Sobriety Tests, which the 41 year old Sturgeon Bay man failed. The driver of the vehicle was arrested for OWI and transported to the Door County Jail.
