The Sturgeon Bay Police Department is proud to announce Carl Waterstreet Jr. as one of its newest Sergeants. This afternoon in a swearing in ceremony Officer Carl Waterstreet Jr. was sworn in as Sergeant Carl Waterstreet Jr. replacing Wendy Rabach who retired about a month ago. During the ceremony Officer Molly Thornton was also sworn in as the Police Departments newest Officer. Officer Thornton has already started a rigorious16 week field training program and looks forward to getting out on her own. Officer Thornton replaces Officer Chris Utecht who had left the department a few months ago to work as a teacher at a Technical College in Illinois.
