On October 13, 2018 at 8:36 PM, Officers were on patrol when they were dispatched to a vehicle, which was reported to be driving all over the road. Officers found the vehicle and stopped it after observing the vehicle nearly strike a curb. Upon making contact with the 47 year old Sturgeon Bay woman the Officers found that she had been drinking alcohol. Officers administered field sobriety tests, which the woman didn't pass. A preliminary breath test was given, which indicated a .21 amount. The Sturgeon Bay woman was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated 3rd Offense and incarcerated at the Door County Jail.
