On April 14, 2012 at 11:32 PM, Officers were dispatched to an Assault in the 1000 block of S. Oxford Avenue. Upon arrival Officers found a 22 year old Sturgeon Bay man injured with lacerations and bruising to his face and hands. Officers found that another male had come over to the complainants residence and an argument ensued. During the argument the two males began fighting in the apartment parking lot.
Officers patrolling other parts of the city observed a vehicle similar to the one seen by the complainant during the assault. Officers conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle and found a 22 year old Sturgeon Bay man inside who also was involved in the assault. The male inside the vehicle had injuries to his Officers arrested both males for Disorderly Conduct and Battery.
