On April 17, 2012 at 7:40 PM, Officers were dispatched to the Marathon Gas Station on 4th Avenue for Assault in Progress. Upon arrival Officers found two females who had been fighting. One of the females had injuries to her face and arms, but denied medical attention. After reviewing the video footage from the gas station and the information obtained from the store clerk Officers arrested a 40 year old Sturgeon Bay women for Disorderly Conduct and Battery. The 40 year old female was transported to the Door County Jail where she was incarcerated.
