On October 2, 2012 at 3:24 PM, Officers were dispatched to a Fight taking place near the Sturgeon Bay High School track. Upon arrival Officers made contact with a group of males who at first denied being involved in an altercation. Officers soon obtained information that one of the males a 19 year old Sturgeon Bay man had assaulted another male after the 19 year had confronted the victim near his vehicle. Officers arrested the 19 year old male and transported him to the Door County Jail where he remains incarcerated on Disorderly Conduct and Battery charges. The victim denied medical care and was sent home with friends.
