On July 20, 2015 at 2:15 AM, Officers stopped a vehicle for speeding on the highway. Upon making contact with the driver Officers determined that she had been drinking. Officers administered field sobriety tests (FSTS) to the 48 year old Sturgeon Bay woman, which she failed. Officers provided a preliminary breath test (PBT), which indicated .23 amount. Officers arrested the Sturgeon Bay woman for Operating While Intoxicated (OWI) and incarcerated her at the Door County Jail.
