On July 29, 2013 at 7:53 AM, Officers were dispatched to the 10 block of Pine Street for a vehicle break-in. Upon arrival Officers found a vehicle at a nearby residence with its driver side window smashed. Officers determined the owners pink purse, Garmin GPS, and other items were stolen from the vehicle.
