On April 12, 2013 at 9:30 PM, Officers on bicycle patrol detected an odor of burnt Marijuana in the alley way between third and fourth Avenue. While investigating the matter Officers made contact with two males who were attempting to avoid Officers. One of the males was identified as a 20 year old Sturgeon Bay man who had been drinking in one of the bars downtown. Officers cited the 20 year old Sturgeon Bay man for Underage Drinking and arrested a 22 year old Sturgeon Bay man for violating his absolute sobriety requirements of his Probation. The 22 year old Sturgeon Bay man was incarcerated at the Door County Jail.
