On May 5, 2013 at 12:57 AM, Officers dispatched to the Nautical Inn for a Disorderly complaint. Officers found that a man had fled the bar after causing damage to a rear entrance door. Officers determined the Sturgeon Bay man who was intoxicated became upset over a situation inside the bar and had damaged the door as he left the bar. Officers found the Sturgeon Bay man and arrested him for Disorderly Conduct and Criminal Damage To Property. The 33 year old Sturgeon Bay man was incarcerated at the Door County Jail.
