On May 12, 2013 at 11:36 AM, Officers were dispatched to a PI Accident on 4th Avenue at Kentucky Street. Upon arrival Officers found a juvenile injured and two vehicles in the roadway. Door County EMS and Sturgeon Bay Fire Department assisted Officers at the scene with care for the injured person and cleanup of the roadway. Officers found that one of the vehicles failed to yield the right away to the other vehicle travelling on 4th Avenue. The driver who failed to yield the right away was issued a citation as a result of the accident.
