On May, 12, 2013 at 1:44 PM, Officers were dispatched to Michigan and 12th Avenue for a 2 Vehicle Accident. Upon arrival Officers found one vehicle in the roadway blocking traffic and the other pulled off to the side of the road. Officers conducted an investigation into the crash and found that a confrontation on the roadway led up to the crash. Both drivers were cited for Disorderly Conduct With A Motor Vehicle and one was cited for following to closely.
