Officers Investigate Weapon Offense!

On Tuesday, May 22, 2012 at 1 AM, Officers were dispatched to the 200 block of South 18th Avenue for a Weapon Offense. Upon arrival Officers found that the incident had occurred early Sunday morning at a residence on Tacoma Beach Road. Officers determined a juvenile female who was the complainants ex girlfriend had asked the complainant to go for a ride to talk about things. While riding in the vehicle the female grabbed a black pistol from underneath the drivers seat of the vehicle and pointed it at complainants head. As the female pointed the pistol at the complainant, the complainant asked her to allow him to leave the vehicle. Instead the female accelerated the vehicle and pulled the hammer back on the pistol. The complainant opened the rear passenger door and jumped from the moving vehicle onto Tacoma Beach Road.

Due to jumping from the vehicle the complainant sustained injuries to his shoulder, arm, and hands. The injuries were treated at a nearby residence. Officers arrested the juvenile female on multiple charges. Officers later recovered a black Airsoft gun from a vehicle and other weapons. Officers continue to conduct further investigation into the matter and expect further charges.
