On April 28, 2012 at 2:30 AM, Officers were dispatched to the alley behind the Nautical Inn for a fight in progress where a man had displayed a gun. Upon arrival Officers found the individuals dispersed. A short time later Officers were flagged down by a group of intoxicated men who Officers later determined had been involved in the altercation with each other. The men were determined not to be armed, but had threatened to use a firearm during the altercation. The intoxicated men were given taxi rides home. No arrests were made.
