On Tuesday May 29, 2012 at 2:21 PM, Officers were dispatched to an assault that occurred on Utah Street. After interviewing the complainant Officers found that a 45 year old Sturgeon Bay man had punched the complainant in the face after both men exited their vehicles and engaged in an altercation in the middle of Utah Street. The complainant who was injured transported himself to the Door County Medical Center where he was treated for his injuries. The 45 year old Sturgeon Bay man was referred to the Door County District Attorneys Office for charges of Disorderly Conduct and Battery.
