On February 26, 2013 at 1:40 AM, Officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a traffic violation on Michigan Street. While talking with the driver Officers determined the 20 year old Appleton women was intoxicated. Officers conducted field sobriety tests (FST's), which the driver failed. Officers administered a Preliminary Breath Test (PBT), which indicated a .14 result. Officers arrested the driver for Operating While Intoxicated (OWI), Possession of Marijuana, and Possession of a Scheduled IV Drug. The 20 year old Appleton women was incarcerated at the Door County Jail.
