On March 2, 2013 at 12:15 AM, Officers were dispatched to a residence in the 900 block of Oxford Avenue for two men fighting outside. Upon arrival Officers observed shattered beer bottles outside the front door. Upon making contact Officers observed blood on the carpets leading into the residence. Officers made contact with a 30 year old Sturgeon Bay man and a 22 year old Texas man. Both stated they had been involved in a verbal argument, but denied fighting each other. One of the men had a laceration to his face, but denied medical attention. Officers issued both men citations for Disorderly Conduct.
