On March 12, 2013, Officers from the Sturgeon Bay Police Department participated in career day at NWTC in Sturgeon Bay. Around 300, 8th grade kids from Door and Kewaunee county schools participated in the event. Officers on hand talked about what to expect while working as a Police Officer. The Sturgeon Bay Fire Department and Door County Paramedics were also present at the event. The event was hosted by the Door Kewaunee Business & Education Partnership.
