Officers detected that the driver had been drinking alcohol and field sobriety tests were conducted, which the 23 year old driver failed. The third was a 44 year old Ellison Bay man who was stopped for operating left of center.  The 44 year old at first denied drinking, but field sobriety tests determined he had been drinking alcohol, which the driver later admitted.
