On Saturday, July 14, 2012 at 12:38 AM, Officers on foot patrol came across a male intoxicated sitting in the drivers seat of his vehicle attempting to cool off after being in a local bar. Officers determined not only was the male intoxicated, but had ingested drugs prior to Officers arrival. While talking with the male Officers observed drugs inside the door compartment. Officers confiscated the Drugs, Drug Paraphernalia, and other items related to the use of drugs from the car. Officers cited the 21 year old Sturgeon Bay man with Open intoxicants, Possession of THC, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
