Algoma Man Arrested After Making Threats
On July 5, 2012 at 6 AM, Officers were dispatched to the area of Maple Street and South Fulton Avenue for a male who had contacted dispatch and stating he was going to shoot 40 people if Officers didn't get there in time. Officers circled the area, but didn't locate the male. A few minutes later dispatch received another 911 call, which provided a better location nearby. Officers ended up finding the 30 year old Algoma man near the highway and arrested him for an outstanding warrant out of Kewaunee County. The male who was intoxicated and had ingested an unknown substance was transported to the county line where he was handed over to Kewaunee County Deputies.
