On July 1, 2012 at 10:40 PM, Officers were requested to assist the United States Coast Guard with an intoxicated boater. Upon arrival Officers determined the 30 year old Sturgeon Bay man had been drinking alcohol and operating a boat. Officers conducted field sobriety tests, which the man failed. Officers arrested the 30 year old Sturgeon Bay man and released him later to a responsible party.
