On Saturday, July 7, 2012 at 12:48 AM, Officers stopped a vehicle for a equipment violation. While talking with the driver Officers determined the driver had been drinking alcohol and was on prescription drugs. Officers conducted field sobriety tests (FST's), which the driver failed. Officers arrested the 26 year old Sturgeon Bay man for Operating While Intoxicated (OWI) 2nd Offense. The 26 year old Sturgeon Bay man was incarcerated at the Door County Jail.
