On Friday, July 13, 2012 at 3:19 PM, Officers were dispatched to Garland Park for a male who was naked and defecating in the park. Officers made contact with the 58 year old Sturgeon Bay man who was intoxicated and had defecated on the ground and in his shorts. After talking with the complainant and the intoxicated 58 year old male Officers issued the Sturgeon Bay man a misdemeanor charge of Disorderly Conduct and transported him home.
