On July 20, 2012 at 8PM, Officers were dispatched to Walmart for a theft complaint. Upon arrival Officers observed footage Walmart had acquired of the thefts. Officers observed the footage and identified many of the individuals involved. With the information obtained Officers arrested a 17 year old Sturgeon Bay female for thefts of prepaid cell phones. Officers also issued ordinance citations for receiving stolen property to 6 other individuals.
