On Saturday, September 23, 2012 at 6 PM, Officers were dispatched to the intersection of Neenah Avenue and Redwood Street for a Accident. Upon arrival Officers determined the accident involving two vehicles was reportable and an accident report would be completed. While investigating the accident Officers determined one of the drivers a 65 year old Sturgeon Bay man had been drinking. Officers conducted field sobriety tests, which the man failed. Officers arrested the Sturgeon Bay man for Operating While Intoxicated 2nd Offense and cited him for failing to stop for a marked stop sign. The Sturgeon Bay man was transported to the Door County Jail.
