On September 9, 2012 at 1:30 AM, Officers were dispatched to the 1000 block of 4th Avenue for a structure fire. Upon arrival Officers observed a building engulfed with flames. Officers assisted bystanders who had already alerted the properties owner with making sure no one was inside the building. The Sturgeon Bay Fire Department arrived on scene and battled the fire. After an hour or so the fire was completely put out by the Fire Department. Fire officials determined the fire not to be suspicious.
