On September 1, 2012 at 1:45 AM, Officers on patrol downtown observed a male walking across the street from the Nautical Inn with open intoxicants and attempting to urinate in public. Officers made contact with the 29 year old Sturgeon Bay man and advised him about the city ordinances against urinating in public and open intoxicants. While do so Officers determined the man was wanted for Felony Strangulation and Operating After Revoke. Officers arrested the 29 year old man and transported him to the Door County Jail.
