On September 8, 2012 at 10 AM, Officers were dispatched to the Comfort Inn and Suites on Green Bay Road for a guest who was being Disorderly. Upon arrival Officers found that the complainant the inn keeper had been assaulted by the guest after the guest a 24 year old Sturgeon Bay man refused to pay for damages to his room he had rented the night before. The damages occurred after the 24 year old had an underage drinking party inside the room. Officers arrested the 24 year old Sturgeon Bay man for Disorderly Conduct and Battery and transported the man to the Door County Jail where he was incarcerated.
