On September 17, 2012 at 11:44 AM, Officers were dispatched to a weapon offense at a residence in the 400 block of Third Avenue. Upon arrival Officers found that two Sturgeon Bay men had been fighting inside the residence. During the fight a knife was put against the other mans throat and a gun later found to be a BB gun was also pointed at the same man. Officers arrested a 20 year old Sturgeon Bay man for Criminal Damage To Property, Battery, Disorderly Conduct, and a felony charge of Recklessly Endangering Safety.
