On September 28, 2012 at 4:40 PM, Officers on Click It or Ticket enforcement stopped a driver on Green Bay Road for not wearing his seat belt While talking with the driver Officers noticed the driver had been drinking. Officers conducted field sobriety tests, which the 40 year old driver from Waukesha didn't pass. Officers arrested the man for Operating While Intoxicated 4th Offense, which is a felony. Officers transported the man to the Door County Jail where he remains incarcerated.
