On September 8, 2012 at 12:20 AM, Officers working downtown overheard a women screaming and investigated the location of where the screams were occurring. Upon arrival Officers found a man being held down by two other individuals in the alley behind the Nautical Bar. While Officers approached they observed the man on the ground punch a man in the face. Officers handcuffed the man on the ground and began to interview the other men involved in the fight. Officers concluded that the man being held down had fought with another man inside the bar, which had then spilled out into the alleyway. The other man who was originally involved in the fight had ran off prior to Police arrival. Officers identified all of the individuals involved and cited a 23 year old Sturgeon Bay man and a 24 year old Sturgeon Bay man with Disorderly Conduct.
